The house
How many people can stay in the house?
The house is designed for 10–12 guests. There are 5 bedrooms with beds for 10 people, plus 2 portable guest beds that can be set up. There is also 1 baby cot.
Is smoking allowed in the house?
Smoking is not allowed in the house. We want no smoke nuisance for the next guests, and we do not want to risk cigarette burns.
You may smoke outside, with respect for nature. Never throw cigarette ends into nature because of the fire risk – please use an ashtray.
Can we do laundry?
Yes – there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the house, free to use.
Is there underfloor heating throughout the house?
Yes – there is underfloor heating throughout, controlled by thermostats that are already correctly set. You can adjust them as needed.
Is there Wi‑Fi in the house?
Yes – there is Wi‑Fi throughout the house, and it also works by the pool. You will receive the password on arrival, and it is also written inside the house.
Booking and renting
How do I book the house?
The house is let through our agency, which lists it on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and other rental platforms. You can also book directly here on the website or contact us.
What is the minimum age to rent the house?
We do not let the house to young groups. You must be at least 26 years old to rent the house.
What is the minimum stay?
In high season – June, July and August – the minimum stay is 7 nights. The rest of the year the minimum stay is 3 nights.
Does the house have a tourist licence?
Yes – the house is registered with a tourist licence, which is required for holiday rentals in Spain. The house is therefore approved for rental and meets all the requirements.
Do we have to clean the house ourselves?
No – final cleaning is done by professional cleaners after you leave, and it is included in the price. Cleaning products are available in the house during your stay.
How does payment work?
When you book, 25% is paid straight away. The balance must be paid no later than 21 days before arrival.
The area
How far is it to the shops?
The nearest shops are in Elviria, where there are several supermarkets, bakeries and more. It takes about 8 minutes by car.
Can we get food delivered?
Yes – Uber Eats delivers all kinds of takeaway, and the Carrefour Market supermarket also delivers. Deliveries come straight to the house.
Is there noise from cars, roads or towns?
No – even though the house is only 8 minutes from Elviria and the beach, there is no noise. It is lovely and quiet, so you can relax completely. The only road is the one leading to the other homes in the area.
